The 2012 Park Season has officially started and All-American Thrills was on hand for the grand opening of Stinger at Dorney Park, as well as Knoebels for their opening weekend! Be sure to check out our Dorney Park Opening Day Photo T/R in the Trip Planning & Reports section!
Be sure to mark your calendars now and join us for our ALT "Rush the Hollow" meet-up as we help unveil the newest, tallest and fastest coaster in Hersheypark - Skyrush! Also get to meet the players of the viral marketing game and hang out with us for a fun-filled time at the park! More details to be released as they become available!

We have just released our event schedule for 2012 to include all our events listed currently through June, but will also continue to add more as time goes on. 2013 GCI in Great America

The 2008 proposed GCI coaster has been delayed, delayed, and delayed for many years.

Now, it's pretty much confirmed that CGA will be getting a GCI in 2013 through rumors & the permits CGA is sending.

Hope it's true... it's about time CGA gets a good wooden coaster, and according to the layout I've seen from it, it looks pretty darn well amazing!

I'm very excited to see this happen. With the removal of the 3 tallest coasters in CGA, the newest large coaster in CGA is Flight Deck built in 1993. Hopefully it will be built because CGA definitely needs this.

Was that the original layout that was proposed a few years ago? I hope they get this ride too, they need another woodie, and especially a new coaster having removed three of them within the last ten or so years.

I would hope so b/c if one of the permits gets turned down the work would be for nothing and it would make them look kind of stupid for starting.

That would almost be like HP building in the expansion then finding out the road can't be relocated. And not being allowed to build a bridge across
